Meaks and Margot talk about season one, episode two of The Walking Dead, “Guts.” We spend a lot of time talking about racism (and costume choices) as we unpack Asian and Black stereotypes and what we think The Walking Dead is trying to do with its discussions around race, even if it’s clunky as fuck. Other topics and tangents: sexy scares in an apocalypse, a really muddy Andrea, weapons, walker dissection, Southern weather, a glasses-wearer's role in survival, and is Glenn the best character of all time (yes). We regretfully did not talk about the AggroCrag, but there’s always next time.
